Concept #1 - Main Street

Treat the building as an extension of the city. Organize spaces around a “main street” where people will engage in activities unique to an urban environment - chance encounters, window shopping, fast circulation, and people watching.  Break up mass along street to emulate the city scale and gradually shift activity from public to private, depending on the distance from the main street.
